Mountain biking

Ride waymarked trails through forest and hills, on guided days or at trail centres with bike hire. You can ride at a trail centre with waymarked loops, or join a guided day with a coach who picks routes to suit the group. Most centres hire bikes and helmets.

Allow half a day for a first visit. Corporate groups often split into pairs or small teams and ride a loop with a challenge at the end.
