This page explains what happens to your information when you visit this website or get in touch with us. We have kept it plain and specific to how this website works.
Who we are
Laird Events is run by Andy Laird. You can contact us at andytlaird@gmail.com.
What this website collects
This website has no accounts, bookings or contact form, and it does not set cookies. The search box, filters and tools work in your browser and do not send what you type anywhere. If you tick off items on a checklist, your browser remembers them on your own device, and we cannot see them.
It does use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a simple visitor counter that does not use cookies or follow you across other websites. It shows us things like how many people visited and which pages they read. It does not identify you, and nothing is shared with advertisers.
This website is hosted by Cloudflare. To deliver the pages and keep the website secure, Cloudflare handles visitors' device addresses (IP addresses).
If you email us
If you email us, we keep your message and your email address so we can reply. We use them only for that, and we do not add you to a mailing list or share your details without asking you first.
Links to other websites
Listings link to providers' own websites. We do not control those websites, and once you leave this one their own privacy policies apply. Please read them.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law, you can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, to correct anything that is wrong, or to delete information we no longer need. Email us and we will help. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
If this changes
If we change how this website works, we will update this page to match. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
