We do not publish fixed prices here, because they change by provider, date and numbers. These are the things that move the price.
What affects the price
- Group size, because bigger groups often get a lower price per head
- How long the activity lasts
- The number of instructors needed
- Kit and equipment hire
- Venue or room hire
- Food and drink
- Travel and parking
- Accommodation, for longer trips
- Peak season dates, such as summer weekends
Per head or for the whole group
Check whether a quote is per person or for the whole group. Some providers add a minimum charge for smaller groups.
Ask what is included
Ask about food, a facilitator, kit, insurance and VAT. Two quotes can look different only because one includes more.

Set a budget with a little room to spare. Costs can rise if numbers change late.
