Write down the date, the group size, the length of the activity and the price per person for each provider.
Check what is included
Food, a facilitator, kit hire, insurance, VAT and room hire can all be in or out. Mark each one as included or extra.
Compare the group handling
Ask how many instructors will be there and how they will split your group. More instructors usually means a better experience, and a higher price.
Check the terms
Compare deposits, cancellation rules and what happens if the weather is bad.
Choose with more than price
Look at how clearly they replied, how well they matched your goal and how confident you feel. The cheapest quote is only the best if it fits.
