In the Air
Leap from a crane, bridge or platform on a stretchy cord, with a safety team clipping you in. Most jumps are from a cage on a tall crane, from a bridge, or from a platform. A crew checks your harness, explains the countdown, and you jump when you are ready.
The fall lasts a few seconds, then you bounce and are lowered to the ground. Allow an hour or so for the visit, and expect a short wait while the crew runs through other jumpers.
Adults and teenagers who want a quick, big rush. Providers set age, weight and health limits, so check before booking.
Spring to early autumn. Windy or very wet days can pause jumps, so keep your date flexible.
From about £69 to £115 per jump
