On the Water
Scuba diving
Try scuba diving with an instructor, or learn to dive with a recognised course. A try dive usually starts in a pool, where an instructor shows you the kit and how to breathe underwater. You stay close to the instructor the whole time.
If you enjoy it, a course such as PADI Open Water takes you towards a certificate you can use anywhere. Ask about age limits, medical forms and what kit is included.
