On the Water
Paddle an inflatable raft down fast, rocky rapids with a guide. A guide steers the raft while your group paddles on command. You go through rapids, so you will get wet and the raft will bounce.
Some rivers run naturally and rely on rain. Others are man-made channels or have timed dam releases, so they are more reliable. The centre gives you a wetsuit, buoyancy aid and helmet.
Adults and teenagers who are happy to get wet. You need to be able to swim, and most centres set a minimum age.
Spring and autumn for the strongest water. Some venues use controlled releases, which run most of the year.
